October 23, 2022 – 1st Annual Highlands Halloween Party

If we build it, will they come? White Plains is Halloween Central with so many different events planned around the city. Did we dare try to compete with an event just for Highlands families?

Absolutely!

And nearly 200 of you made it clear you were happy we did! What an amazing day! Costumed neighbors of all ages were happy to show off their Halloween finest on a stroll through Giraffe Park; budding artists painted festive pumpkins and spooky skulls to bring home and proudly display; toys and treats were available for do-it-yourself goody bags; and donuts, cupcakes, and beverages rounded out the first-ever event.

Given the overwhelming success of the first event, a 2nd Annual Highlands Halloween Party is a ‘boo-in’.
