WPHCA Hosts Another Successful Neighborhood Picnic

A little rain couldn’t dampen our spirits or the fun to be had at this year’s Highlands Family Fun Picnic held on Sunday, August 4th. Almost 200 Highlands residents and friends ignored the iffy weather forecast and were treated to live music, delicious food, games, crafts, face painting, raffles and spending time with neighbors! The sun even joined in on the fun! How lucky are we to live here?
