Our annual meeting with Mayor Roach, including a new neighbor meet and greet prior to the start of the meeting.

John Pearl, who passed away at age 89 last January, was a mainstay of our Highlands community and our Highlands Civic Association - a founder of the organization, member of the Board, and long-time treasurer.

To honor John and recognize his importance in building our vibrant community, we will dedicate the "triangle garden" to John.

All are welcome to join us.
