Remembering John Pearl

Today, on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and in the presence of WPHCA Board Members, neighbors, friends, and family, the “Triangle Garden” (intersection of Longview, Smith, and Linda Avenues) was dedicated in memory of longtime Highlands resident and WP Highlands Civic Association Founder/Board Member/Treasurer John Pearl, who passed away at the beginning of this year. John was a huge part of the association and his tenacity, financial prowess, leadership, guidance, friendship and wonderful sense of humor will be greatly missed.
