Mother Nature delivered perfect fall weather for the WPHCA’s 3rd Annual Highlands Spooktacular. Hundreds of neighbors of all ages enjoyed making goody bags, eating snacks, a special craft from ArtsWestchester’s ArtMobile, and of course, a stroll around the park to show off their amazing Halloween costumes. What a wonderful morning celebrating our wonderful community!
